This class helps build a strong core, increases overall strength and flexibility simultaneously, and improves posture, stability and alignment. It also emphasizes precision and control in technique, and complete concentration on smooth, flowing movement and proper breathing. Yogalates

Yogalates is a health-enhancing fusion of the practice of Yoga, with the core stabilizing, toning and posture enhancing dynamics of Pilates.  A regular Yogalates session will include poses to cultivate strength, stamina, stability and flexibility, with particular attention paid to building tone in the deeper postural 'core' muscles. This will protect the spine against injury, support the internal organs and realign pelvic and spinal deviations to promote good posture. Deep yoga stretches provide a sweet balance to the dynamic elements. A mini ball will be used in class. Suitable for all levels.

This is a perfect down-regulating practice for those with very stressful lifestyles and sports enthusiasts who do a lot of high intensity training. Yin Yoga helps to calm the nervous system and quiet down the mind.  Myofascial Release will be sprinkled in the mix.. Suitable for all levels.
