All classes require BOOKING - no walk-ins are allowed as we have a maximum capacity.

Please note that we have a strict cancellation policy of minimum 12 hours (for any reason) on class bookings.

Kindly take note on your package validity, and please utilise it before it expires.

We reserve the right to cancel or replace any classes. Changes of class schedule may take place during Public Holidays.

If you have any special or medical concerns, please consult your doctor before starting a Yoga or Pilates practice.

Do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the class starts.

Please bring your own mat (for hygienic reasons), hand towel and a bottle of water.

Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in (guys, make sure your shorts are of a decent length so that there won't be any 'surprises').

Please BE EARLY, and switch off your mobile phone before the start of class. Let go of all the stressful thoughts, expectations and enjoy your practice.

Prenatal students - please inform your teacher before class, of any health conditions, so that the practice can remain safe and accessible for you.
