"Yoga & Pilates for Everyone"

PRANA means ‘life force of creation’. In this spirit, we have been offering quality Yoga and Pilates classes across a variety of styles and traditions, in a safe, nurturing, challenging and enjoyable space, since our inception in 2013. 

​

“YOGA & PILATES  FOR EVERYONE”, is our mantra. We welcome everyone and every body to practise with us, regardless of size, shape, age, religion or fitness level. You do not need to be flexible or strong to start a class with us. The practice is not about contorting or pushing yourself into a posture you're not ready for, but about cultivating awareness of the body, breath, prana and mind....moving in union towards feeling good, leading a happier and healthier life, and being the best version of you, on and off the mat. 

 

We are currently Malaysia’s first and only Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond school registered with Yoga Alliance International, offering gold standard in Pre and Postnatal classes and teacher trainings.

Basic

A Foundation class for those who are new to yoga, returning to the practice after a long hiatus, or would like to refine their technique and alignment.

Mat Pilates

Build a strong core, increase strength and flexibility simultaneously, and improve posture, stability and alignment.  Suitable for experienced students.

Flow

Dynamic and energetic, this class is filled with creative and intelligent sequencing to invigorate your body and mind.  A challenging practice for experienced students.

Yogalates

A creative and challenging hybrid of Pilates and Yoga in one class. Expect strong core and stability work, tapering to deep stretches.

Suitable for experienced beginners.

Prenatal Yoga & Active Birth

Suitable for all trimesters, this specialized class is designed to support Mummies in staying fit and supple in their pregnancy journey, all the way to a mindful labour.

Yin Yoga

A mindful, prop-supported practice comprising of  poses passively held for 3-5 minutes.  Great for improving flexibility, and calming the mind.  Suitable for all levels.

No matter your objective or fitness level, we offer classes that are catered to your needs. Start as you are, and we will meet you there!

Located at a gated, private property in the heart of TTDI, PRANA  empowers wellness and transformation through mindful movement,  community connection and camaraderie, led by dedicated and accredited teachers.

 

Surrounded by a beautiful landscape, with the proximity of the Bukit Kiara Forest Reserve, our idyllic practice space is blessed with nature's abundance, cross-ventilation, 24/7 security and ample free parking.

Expect down-to-earth, non-dogmatic teachings, where classes are steadily paced, to embody  purpose and positive change, on and off the mat.
