Raymond started his yoga journey in 2005. That’s when he noticed how yoga gradually transformed his body to become stronger and more agile. From then on, he was determined to dive deeper. He went to India in 2008 and trained under Yogacharya Bharath Shetty in Yoga India (Mysore). He returned to India the following year to study classical Hatha, Advanced Pranayama, and Meditation with another guru, Yogacharya Ramesh Kumar. He completed the Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Paul Grilley in 2014 in Thailand and has studied under teacher trainer Christina Sell in Singapore. Raymond started doing Pilates in 2019 as a form of prehab, as he was actively participating in ultra-trail races. That’s when he realized yoga alone was not enough for well-rounded physical health. His interest in Pilates took him to Bali and Singapore to attain his certification with Balanced Body® as a Mat & Reformer Pilates and MOTR Instructor.
Raymond aims to help his students, regardless of body size and capabilities, develop a breath-initiated, mindful practice with an emphasis on safety, alignment, and gradual progression. Raymond is the co-founder of Prana Yoga KL and Pledge-A-Ringgit® social commitment.

Kelly started her first yoga class back in 2008, and since then practising yoga has become part of her daily routine. She discovered that the practise helped to bring balance in her busy life, and also relief her lower back pain, through strengthening and postural correction. Driven
by the passion to help others enjoy the benefits of practising yoga, Kelly completed her 200 Hours Teacher Training at Prana Yoga KL in 2014, with founders Angeline Liew and Raymond Lim. She is also a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, having completed her 100 Hours Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond Teacher Training with Angeline Liew, in 2017.
In her personal practice as well as in her classes, Kelly focuses on optimal postural alignment and proper foundation, utilising props and modifications to make the practice attainable to practitioners of all ages. Her teaching aims to build strength and flexibility, on and off the mat, whilst connecting to one’s inner stillness to find peace and joy.
