Prana Yoga KL reserves the right to cancel or replace any classes. Changes of class schedule will take place during Public Holidays.
Do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the class starts. Bring a hand towel and water bottle. For hygiene purposes, we encourage you to bring your own mat. You may also borrow a mat from us.
Please be on time and switch off your mobile phone before the start of class. Let go of all the stressful thoughts and enjoy your practice. OM Shanti.
