Why Kids Yoga?

Yoga is the greatest gift you can give to your child. Starting yoga at a young age enhances body and mind flexibility, builds strength and improves coordination, to help kids navigate life’s challenges with a happy outlook and inner radiance. Here, our regular Kids Yoga classes are for 3 to 9 year olds. We also hold Prana Yoga Lil’ Warrior Camps during school holidays and term breaks, where children learn life skills, yoga philosophy, creative arts and yoga. Kids Yoga classes are scheduled by Term basis.

What to Expect

Fun, laughter, exercise and new friends! Our Kids Yoga classes are 60 minutes long, and held in small groups to ensure personal attention, in a safe environment. All Prana Yoga Kids classes are taught by trained teachers who have a passion for working with kids. Learning is disguised as FUN at Prana Yoga KL.

About the Teacher

Kelly Fong is a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher trained under Rutger Tamminga who is based in Taiwan, specializing in teaching Yoga to children in pre-school and elementary school.

Kelly believes in introducing yoga to kids in a fun and constructive manner. Her kids’ yoga classes are carefully designed and planned to bring laughter, music, craft and simple yet creative yoga poses to the young ones.  She is a firm believer that yoga can help kids to connect to their bodies and emotions better.
