  • For first timer, please SMS us at 012-976 4866 to let us know which class you are coming and show up 10 minutes before class starts for registration.
  • Class starts on time and once we have started, no more walk-ins as it is disruptive for the rest. 
  • All payments at the studio are in cash term only. 
  • Intro to Pilates is a compulsory foundation class before attending Pilates & Yogalates. Next class will be held on 25th November (Every 4th Sat of the month).

Prana Yoga KL reserves the right to cancel or replace any classes. Changes of class schedule will take place during Public Holidays.

If you have any special or medical concerns, please consult your doctor before starting a yoga practice.

Do not eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before the class starts. Bring a hand towel and water bottle. For hygiene purposes, we encourage you to bring your own mat. You may also borrow a mat from us.

Please be on time and switch off your mobile phone before the start of class. Let go of all the stressful thoughts and enjoy your practice. OM Shanti.
