When Can I Start? 

Congratulations on your pregnancy, and welcome to the our Prenatal Yoga Program. Prenatal Yoga is a great and safe way of exercising during your pregnancy, to keep you limber, strong, flexible and to physically and mentally prepare you for childbirth and motherhood.

You may start your Prenatal Yoga practice anytime after your First Trimester (13 weeks), and no previous yoga experience is necessary. 
If you are in your first trimester and wish to start the practice, we recommend that you check with your doctor first, before coming to class.

What to Expect?

Prenatal Yoga is a practice built for You and your Baby (or Babies!). Our classes are set in a small, intimate setting, and yoga props like bolsters, blocks and straps are commonly used to facilitate the practice and make the poses attainable, without strain.

A typical Prenatal Yoga class entails light meditation, breath work, gentle stretching, standing and seated poses (with modifications and props), and relaxation. You will notice a difference in the practice format from each trimester, as our instructors modify the practice according to your pregnancy and physical condition. Prenatal Yoga is safe to be practised right up to the time of delivery.

If you do not have a yoga mat, you may use one of ours, or purchase one from us. Just come in comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, and bring along a smile, an open heart and mind. After all, you’re going to be a MOM!!

Postnatal 6-week Specialized Program 

Now that baby is here, you will be facing a host of physical and emotional challenges as a new mother. Post-Partum Yoga is a great practice to help to pace yourself, and find healing, inner strength, and mind-body rejuvenation.


A well-planned and specialized Post Partum rehabilitation program by a trained and certified instructor, is essential to ensure that you’re exercising the right way. Doing the wrong work-out will not worsen conditions like Diastasis Recti (abs separation) but also contribute to poor posture and weakened joints. Our Postnatal Yoga 6-Week Program will be led by Angeline Liew (Malaysia’s only Yoga Alliance certified Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Trainer). The course is designed to build strength, tone and flexibility for the overall body. Breath work is taught to maintain emotional and mental harmony, while easing the body into a restorative state to allow for rest, healing and balance.


It is suitable for Mummies ANYTIME after their 2-months confinement period (for natural delivery), or at least 5-months post-partum if you’ve had a C-Section.
